According to the legal filing, Bridgett arrived at the property on July 12, 2025, to drop off a package. She claims the animal lunged at her without any provocation, biting her leg and causing significant physical harm.

Allegations of Negligence

The complaint identifies the performer by his birth name, Shaffer Chimere Smith. Bridgett argues that Smith was fully aware of the dog's aggressive temperament but failed to take the necessary precautions to secure the animal.

The seven-page document details the aftermath of the encounter, describing the victim's experience as one of "severe bodily injury, pain, shock, and distress." The plaintiff insists she did nothing to trigger the dog's reaction.
