iBoomSlang is a place to argue loudly about culture — not to harass people. Here is where the line sits.
Be a person
Debate the story, the take, the artist, the politician. Do not attack other readers.
Hate speech, incitement, doxxing, threats and sexual content involving minors get an immediate permanent ban and, where required, a report to the authorities.
Keep it real
No spam, affiliate links, scams or coordinated brigading.
Impersonating a journalist, a public figure or another reader is not allowed.
Enforcement
First offence: the comment is removed and you are notified. Repeat offences: your account is placed back into full moderation. Serious offences: permanent ban.
You will always be told when a comment of yours is approved, rejected or removed — check your notifications.
