Inno Morolong leaked video: Friend explains how private footage may have ended up online
The inner circle of media personality Inno Morolong has spoken out following the unauthorized release of private footage online.

The fallout from Inno Morolong’s leaked private video continues as two individuals close to the situation have released official statements. On Tuesday, 11 August 2026, Matome and Tshidi used the star's own blog account on Instagram to clarify their roles in the controversy.
Matome admitted his involvement in the incident but was quick to defend his intentions. He claimed that while he did forward the footage to a single person, he never intended for the material to be leaked to the public or used to humiliate anyone.
Denials and Legal Demands
Tshidi also addressed the public to clear her name, stating firmly that she did not record the video. She explained that the group was merely spending time together as friends and that she has no knowledge of how the footage began circulating on social media platforms.
Extending an apology to Inno for the distress caused, Tshidi urged the public to stop sharing the content. Both parties expressed a desire for the matter to be handled through legal channels rather than being debated by social media users.
Inno Moves Forward
Despite the drama, Morolong appears to be focusing on her business ventures. Shortly after the leak gained traction, she released updated booking rates for her appearances, showing she is ready to get back to work.
Her current hosting fees are set at R10,000 for events within Johannesburg. Those looking to book her for international appearances will need to pay up to R50,000 as she continues to capitalize on her high-profile brand.
