Frustration Mounts as Victor Majola's Trial Over DJ Warras Killing Faces More Postponements

The legal proceedings against Victor Majola, the man accused of orchestrating the 2025 murder of DJ Warras, have hit another stumbling block. During an appearance at the Gauteng High Court on 19 August 2026, the defense requested more time to handle financial matters.

Advocate Du Plessis, representing the 44-year-old Majola, asked for a six-week delay. The defense team argued that the accused and his family need the additional time to raise the funds necessary to cover a trial expected to last at least 20 court days.
