Internet sleuths quickly noticed a rhythmic pattern in the outburst. Twitter user QoQinox pointed out the similarity between the bark and the melody of Lamar's smash hit 'Not Like Us,' prompting mashup creator Spectre to sync the two moments into a viral clip.

The livestream, hosted by Kyle Forgeard of the Nelk Boys, saw Drake interacting with several high-profile personalities including Lena The Plug and Lily Phillips. Despite the playful setting, the barking incident immediately became fuel for the ongoing rap civil war between OVO and pgLang supporters.
